Description
Special attention is given for instruction in premarital counseling, marriage enrichment, marriage counseling, healthy family life, and counseling the family as a system. Students will learn the language, concepts, and application of Emotionally-Focused Therapy. Counseling demonstrations of the emotionally-focused model will occur in class. The model will also be applied to individuals and families, framed within a Christian theological context.
