Description
An advanced experiental learning of leadership and Christian ministry for persons that have been in full-time ministry for at least 5 years. The student and Director of Supervised Ministry will customize the program to enable each person in the group to assess his or her need and to move up to the next level of ministry leadership. Each will serve two consecutive semesters in a leadership position at an approved field setting with a learning covenant under an approved mentor/supervisor. Will meet weekly in a Ministry Reflection Group. Approval to enroll will be based on student's performance in P2111.
