Description
This course focuses on shaping teachers and leaders to make disciples through the ministries of the church. Principles and methods for biblical leaders and teachers will be a foundation for this course. Components of effective teachers and leaders include leading evangelism, Bible study leading/teaching, mentorship, ministry team leaders, age-group leaders, and small group leaders. Leaders will learn how to enlist and develop new leaders and teachers to expand ministry efforts.
